Returns of Opened Cosmetic Products

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. However, due to health protection and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, or used after delivery cannot be returned.

Only products that remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return. This policy ensures the safety, quality, and hygiene standards of all our skincare products.
